Last week I received this gorgeous sportwear from Women’sBest. I discovered the brand through instagram and I just felt in love with the floral and colors design!
Not to mention the high quality of it, I feel so comfortable working out with it. Definitely not deceived of that purchase!
Speaking about my routine workout, as I post many snaps / Instagram pictures of my weekly routine, I thought it’s the perfect time to start talking about it on my blog, beside the fact that this blogpost will initiate the Fitness section which means more posts about workout/nutrition are coming up!
Workout belongs to a big part of my life. I practised rollers and bicycle during my whole childhood and I remember following fashion shows (Fashion TV / World Fashion all day nonstop) and seeing all these models on the runways parading with toned bodies! This was my starting point, as I started practising abs and working on my legs at the age of 16. And since then it became my lifestyle.
Also, I must point out that workout is beyond having a toned body; it’s also about having a toned mind and building a toned personality by working on resistance! Sometimes people may get lazy or feeling obliged to workout : you have to embrace workout, get full motivation and have that fierce to achieve your objectives, or better for you to stop it , because as I mentioned it before, it’ about everything and not focused only about the body 🙂
Workout Weekly Routine
If you want to know which videos I am following currently for my weekly workout, they all belong to Fitness Blender YouTube Channel that I find great:
- I usually start warming up following this video
- Then, I follow up with the abs section (video)
- I rest for about 1 minute and a half and keep it up with the 100 squats challenge (video)
- Rest and workout the arms, chest and shoulders (video)
- Then I finish my workout with stretching and cool down video
I am about to upgrade my level soon with other videos that of course I will be sharing them with you.
